What is a better way to enjoy an afternoon tea with a family member or a friend?
Coming into see us with your jewellery, getting expert advice and sharing your stories.
Our afternoon tea isn’t just about the lovely food. The most important part is your jewellery.
While you bite into a delicious scone.
We are able to discuss with you what you would like to get out of your time with us that we have dedicated to you.
Once we have looked over your jewellery and you may decide to have your pieces cleaned, repaired, melted down to make something else or have something entirely new designed.
Jewellery box
We can look through everything you have in your jewellery box and check all your items.
Looking over the items is a fantastic opportunity to check that there is no wear that needs attention, such a a claw missing from a ring. We can advise on cleaning and how to look after your items to get the best out of them and if you need any other advice.
Advise on a repair
We will advise if we notice an item needs repairing and with our goldsmith on site we can give advice and costing straight away.
Remodelling using your gold.
If you want to bring in pieces of jewellery you don’t wear, are broken or you have been given, maybe inherited, we can work with you to remodel and design and make a new creation using you metal and stones.
Designing a new piece of jewellery
During your Design Experience one of our expert designers can design and create you a piece of jewellery to suit you, from a ring to a pendant and any other of piece of jewellery.
We offer a hand drawn design and can also do CAD images for you too.
We can advise and quote on most items straight away with the help of our in house goldsmith.
