Our ‘by appointment’ approach: We encourage you to make an appointment before you make your journey so we can ensure we can have the right person with the right level of expertise ready for you.
Booking YOUR ONSITE OR REMOTE design appointment
We know sometimes you might just want the chance to ask us a few questions before committing to an hour’s appointment, so you can book a ‘30 minute chat by ‘phone or over Zoom.
We can also take you on the whole design journey remotely too with Zoom consultations, email and sharing miages using What’s App too, it works really well.

Our address: 19, The Cottage, Viables Craft Centre, The Harrow Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4BJ
Directions: We're only 5 minutes from junction 6 off the M3. When you turn into the Viables Craft Centre off the Harrow Way, bear right and you'll find The Cottage in the corner of the courtyard.
Parking: There should be plenty of spaces on site, but occassionaly it can get busy. If you prefer to reserve a parking space in adance please let us know when you book to see us.
Reserved customer parking: We have 3 parking spaces reserved for you to use to the left of our shop. Follow the oneway system from the entrance to the craft centre, past the cafe and around the back of the community hall to get to us by car.
Disabled access: We have a ramp to the front of the premises and the ground floor is fully accessable by wheelchair. You can sit comfortably at a table there too.
Children & Dogs: We love to meet the whole family, there’s room to play outside and inside and we also have a room upstairs if you prefer to be away from the main shop floor.
What to expect…
A very knowlegable and friendly team, who are ready to help you every step of the way. We have an onsite master goldsmith who you can meet in our workshop upstairs so we can help you with pretty much any jewellery related enquiry.
As well as offering our customers a comprehensive range of jewellery services, we also sell our own designs and have collections from other designers that inspire us.
