Steps 1-4 : Design
1. Ideas
Explore ideas, sketches and samples with us as we help bring your vision to life.
2. Design Brief
We’ll refine your ideas into a detailed design, whether hand-drawn or CAD.
3. Quote
Options and prices presented; we guide you to choose what best fits your style and budget.
4. Agreement
Once the design is finalised, we set costs and a timeline, ensuring clarity and commitment.

Steps 5-9 : Manufacture
Often, much of the work is crafted in-house. However, for specialised touches, we partner with a small team of artisans. These collaborations may require secure posting to maintain our quality standards.
5. Goldsmithing
Depending on the complexity and budget. This step might include you coming back in for a fitting before progressing. (allow 1-2 weeks)
6. Hallmarking
Our metal is quality-assured at the London Assay Office (optional if we're using your metal). (allow 1-2 weeks)
7. Setting Stones
One of the most delicate stages; we handle your stones with the utmost care, ensuring security for today and tomorrow. (allow 1-2 weeks)

8. Engraving
Personalise your piece with hand or laser engraving to include dates, messages, patterns or images. (allow 1-2 weeks)
9. Polishing
The finishing touch that brings out the true beauty of your piece. (allow 1 week)
Steps 10-12 : Final stages
10. Collection
We invite you to your special 'Collection Ceremony'!
11. Feedback
We ensure every detail meets your expectations for fit, appearance and overall experience.
12. Share your Story

Timeline Overview
Steps 1-4 : Design
Initial design stages - could range from a 30-minute consultation to as long as necessary to perfect your vision.
Steps 5-9 : Manufacture
Manufacturing your bespoke piece - bringing your ideas to life. Depending on the complexity of your design and whether you are setting stones, hallmarking, adding an engraving etc… this stage could take anywhere from 1-9 weeks.
Steps 10-12 : Final stages
