If you'd like some advice on a design idea, a remodelling query or purchasing guidance you might prefer a 30 minute appointment rather than a full hour 'design appointment'.

If you have a ring that needs resizing, jewellery repairs or valuation guidance you would like help with you can book a 'Repair drop off' from our appointment options.

Design appointment

We'll discuss ideas with you, show you examples, do sketches, advise on technical stuff, timescales and prices.

You'll have a personal designer throughout your whole design & manufacture journey with us. If you'd like to give us any information in advance of your first appointment it always helps.
