Louise came in for a design appointment with our designer, Rosie, to discuss what she could make using her old jewellery.
She had a collection of gorgeous yellow gold rings, including an eternity ring and a beautiful oval cut emerald ring.
We decided that the oval cut emerald ring was too unique and too beautiful to take apart, so instead we resized it and gave it a clean so that Louise could wear it again.
The settings in this ring really matched well with the design we came up with for her new ring!
She also had an emerald cut trilogy ring with a gorgeous emerald that we decided would be the focal point of her new piece.
When we thought about what Louise wanted to make with her other pieces, she immediately gravitated to a stacking ring we had on display.
Louise liked the look of having three rings but preferred them to be joined at the bottom of the shank.
The finished ring looked so beautiful with Louise’s other rings and she was thrilled with it!

Janice joined us for our topaz and citrine event in November last year, she had a love for blue stones and was looking for a bit of inspiration for a bubble style ring she had been dreaming of.
Mike was looking for the perfect engagement ring for his partner Olivia. They’d been to a couple of other jewellers and had an idea of what they wanted, a 2ct emerald cut diamond ring in yellow gold.
Faith brought her husband Mike in to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary and their daughter Lauren joined them, to have an afternoon tea and to design a piece of jewellery for each of them. A topaz pendant, emerald and diamond ring and a silver bangle with lapis.
When Alison and Neil visited Petra Jewellery, they brought with them two sentimental rings, Alison’s original solitaire and a stone-set band. She already had a vision in mind: to remodel these pieces into a unique eternity ring.
During the initial chat, we wanted to do was get an idea of who Tilly was, what kind of jewellery she liked to wear and the designs that would suit her.
