Clare's sapphire cluster ring
Clare came in and saw Jo, one of our talented designers.
When Clare visited Petra Jewellery, she brought with her a cherished sapphire and diamond cluster ring in yellow gold. While the ring held deep sentimental value, she longed for a modern re-imagining, something that would celebrate the original ring whilst better reflecting her personal style.
Clare envisioned a design set in platinum, featuring a new sapphire and a touch of extra sparkle with additional diamonds.
During her consultation with Jo, Clare was presented with a stunning selection of handpicked oval sapphires.
Jo guided her through each option, offering advice on colour, cut, and quality. After careful consideration, Clare found the one: a vibrant, richly hued sapphire that captured her vision perfectly.
With the stone chosen, the final design details were confirmed and it was time to bring her dream ring to life.
Our expert goldsmith, Behzad, carefully handcrafted Clare’s new ring in platinum, meticulously creating the setting to ensure it was not only beautiful but durable enough for everyday wear.
The chosen sapphire, complemented by additional sparkling diamonds, was then expertly set into place after the ring was hallmarked.
After a final polish, the ring was ready for its grand reveal.
When Clare returned to collect her transformed ring, her reaction was everything we strive for at Petra Jewellery. Seeing her beloved piece re-imagined brought tears to her eyes. She couldn’t believe how beautifully it had been reborn, a timeless creation she could now cherish every day.
