Anna's engagement ring
Carrie had a zoom call with Rosie to discuss a very special engagement ring for her partner, Anna.
Carrie wanted to include jet in the ring as it held a special meaning to Anna, however as we discussed designs and stones, we decided to set onyx into the ring along with rubies, as that is Anna’s middle name!
Rosie picked out some beautiful stones and laid them out to take a video to send to Carrie along with a sketch of the design.
Then we arranged an appointment for Carrie to come in and have a look at the stones in person. Cameras never do them justice!
Then it was time for Behzad to make the ring. It was a white gold band that tapered at the top so that the stones could be set.
The rubies and onyx were set by one of our fantastic setters and then the ring just needed a clean and a polish…
Once Carrie had the ring, it was time to pop the question!
Carrie and Anna travelled around Canada for a few weeks before Carrie proposed in front of a stunning view…and Anna said yes!
