Sara and Tim's wedding rings
When Sara and Tim came to Petra Jewellery, they were looking for wedding rings that felt completely personal to them.
Sara's engagement ring was already wonderfully unique, a combination of platinum and 18ct rose gold, finished with a beautiful orange sapphire. It became the inspiration for what they would create next.
Sitting down with Abi, they explored how they could design two wedding rings that complemented Sara's engagement ring while still feeling like their own.
For Sara, Abi designed a ring featuring orange sapphire and diamonds, creating a beautiful connection to her engagement ring. Tim's was kept simple and timeless, with a single diamond.
Once the designs were finalised, our goldsmith Behzad brought them to life…
The result was two beautifully crafted wedding rings that Sara and Tim absolutely loved.
So much so, they decided there was one more piece they wanted to create before the big day.
A pendant for Sara to wear on her wedding day.
After exploring a few different ideas and sharing inspiration, Sara decided on a simple hammered-finish disc pendant in yellow gold. Something special enough for her wedding day, but versatile enough to become an everyday favourite afterwards.
Once the pendant was finished and collected, all that was left was to enjoy the day itself.
Sara and Tim kindly shared these beautiful photographs with us, and we couldn't be happier to see their jewellery being worn exactly as it was intended, with love, joy and a very special occasion to celebrate.
