Michael came in for a design appointment with our designer, Rosie, to design something for his wife as an anniversary gift.
He knew she liked sapphires, and that she had a few diamond and blue sapphire pieces, but nothing that was truly “her style”.
Michael showed Rosie some pictures of pieces that she did choose and wore regularly which gave them the idea of creating a twist pendant with diamonds and sapphires set into them.
Our goldsmith created the pendant in white gold and was able to create the illusion that the strands where crossing over one another, whilst still having the room for the stones to be set.
The finished pendant is beautiful and so unique!

Jane came to see me with quite a few pieces of jewellery that she has aquired over the years. She’s very lucky to have some fantastic pieces with decent quality gem stones set into them.
Karen came to Petra Jewellery after admiring a stunning pendant her friend had made with us years ago. Inspired, she knew she wanted to create something equally special and meaningful for herself.
Her brief was an oval blue stone with smaller shaped diamonds sat either side. She also knew that she wanted a white metal as it suited her better and all of her special pieces of jewellery were white.
When Clare visited Petra Jewellery, she brought with her a cherished sapphire and diamond cluster ring in yellow gold. While the ring held deep sentimental value, she longed for a modern re-imagining, something that would celebrate the original ring whilst better reflecting her personal style.
Beverley had a selection of unworn gold jewellery that she was looking to transform into something brand new. She had a unusual triangle cut diamond ring that she wanted to use as inspiration for a quirky pendant design.
