Carol's emerald and diamond pendant
Carol had previously visited our designer Jo on a couple of occasions, with each meeting resulting in the creation of something truly special - including a bespoke crossover-style ring and a pair of stunning stone-set bangles.
She has a natural flair for statement jewellery so, on her next visit, she knew she wanted a pendant to wear that felt extra special and reflected her own sense of style.
Returning to Jo to explore ideas, they began by looking at a piece Carol had always admired. From that inspiration, Jo sketched a beautiful pendant featuring two interlinked rings. The design incorporated Carol’s own silver and gold, along with diamonds and emeralds from jewellery she no longer wore, giving the new piece both personality and sentiment.
Once the design was approved, the pendant was carefully crafted and set with her stones, and after a final clean and polish, it was ready for Carol to collect.
Carol was absolutely delighted with her finished pendant. She loved it so much that she wore it to our Barnsgrove event in September.
Carol spent time with Behzad at the event, seeing his talented craftsmanship in action, and admiring the same skills and techniques that had brought her own piece to life.
A truly striking pendant, made even more meaningful by the story behind it.
