Laura - Afternoon Tea Experience
For Laura’s upcoming 30th birthday, her boyfriend Rob decided to gift her an Afternoon Tea Design Experience at Petra Jewellery.
Laura chose her perfect date and time, and her designer Natalie dropped the afternoon tea off to her and collected the jewellery we were going to be taking a look at.
Whilst Natalie was driving back to the shop Laura got set up.
We work alongside a number of lovely local businesses who make up the afternoon teas for us. They are all tried and tested by us, can cater for all allergies and intolerances and are absolutely delicious!
By the time Natalie had driven back to the shop, booked in all of Laura’s jewellery and made herself a cup of tea - we were ready to go!
During this lockdown it is so difficult to spend quality time with loved ones, so what made this experience extra special is that Laura, her partner Rob and Natalie were also joined by Laura’s Mum and Dad. They hadn’t been able to see each other at all during lockdown so this was a lovely way to catch up and spend time with each other discussing their lovely jewellery!
After some lovely stories, a delicious afternoon tea and some sharing of photos, Natalie was able to put a design together to use Laura's existing two rings to make one new ring.
The rings Laura gave us were rings her parents had bought her for her 18th and 21st birthday. She wanted them remodelled into one ring for her 30th that she can wear everyday. The design needed to incorporate the essence of the two original rings, but also have its own unique flare.
Once Laura was happy with the design, Natalie went away and put a quote together and ordered in some stones for Laura to view.
They then booked in another socially distanced appointment, where Laura, Rob and her Mum were able to come in to take a look at the beautiful stones that we had sourced.
Laura narrowed it down to two stones, took plenty of photos, and went away to decide which stone was the perfect fit for her new ring. But which one will she choose?
