Jemma's Engagement Ring
Luke and Jemma came to see Jo, one of the designers, to discuss possibly having an Engagement ring made as they wanted something bespoke for them.
They already had some ideas for what they would like within the ring and so we did a few sketches for them…
Jo drew out a few sketches whilst Jemma and Luke explained what they liked, which was an oval solitaire with a crossing gallery.
Jo did a final design then had it turned into a CAD image to see the beautiful details more clearly.
There were a few hidden details that we had in the design that when you looked down at the ring you didn’t see, but from the side there were diamonds added to scoop on the crossover section of the ring leading to the main diamond and a small hidden heart.
These were small details to make it personal to them with meaning.
Jo had a wax made so the both Jemma and Luke could see how the ring would look before it was made.
We got some oval shaped diamonds in for them both to look at.
When all was finalised and Luke made the final decision on the diamond it was time to start making the ring!
Luke came in and collected the stunning ring and it was then down to him to pop the question…
Jemma said Yes and who won’t with such a lovely ring and she sent Jo a quick email with the stunning pictures to say…
“Luke proposed this morning in Barcelona and we just wanted to say thank you again.”
Congratulations to you both! It was lovely being part of the journey in making their special ring.
