Joanne's emerald ring
Joanne had a lovely emerald ring but was looking for it to be given a new lease on life.
So designer, Abi drew up a new design for Joanne’s ring, featuring her asscher cut emerald and round diamonds in a contemporary rubover setting. This also meant Joanne’s emerald, which are softer stones, would be better protected from any knocks the ring may take.
Once the design had been approved it was time for our goldsmith, Behzad to get making!
Behzad unset Joanne’s stones and melted down the gold from Joanne’s original ring with some other pieces she had in her jewellery box.
The finished piece was then sent off for setting and given a final clean and polish.
Then it was all ready to collect!
