Lynne’s Afternoon Tea Experience
Lynne and her good friend, came to us to go through a beautiful collection of jewellery Lynne had collected over the years. She wanted to explore what she could do with her unworn jewellery, and decided to make an afternoon of it by booking one of our Afternoon Tea Design Experiences.
Whilst lots of tea, scones, crips and sandwiches were had, our expert designer, Jo, helped Lynne explore potential ways to remodel her unworn silver jewellery.
Jo ended up sketching a design for a timeless hammered-finished silver torque bangle, which Lynne immediately fell in love with!
Once the design was approved, Lynne’s unused silver jewellery was melted down by our on-site goldsmith, Behzad, and handcrafted into the new bangle.
The metal was shaped to size, carefully finished, and hammer-finished to create the final textured design.
The finished bangle is a timeless piece, carrying both the history of the original jewellery it was made from, and the memory of her Afternoon Tea design experience.
