Lynn's amethyst ring
Lynn first visited us for an Afternoon Tea Design Experience, a thoughtful gift from her daughter. Over tea and plenty of conversation, she and Rosie explored some ideas and decided to book a follow-up design appointment to look through her inherited gold.
Among her collection of jewellery, Lynn had a pair of amethyst earrings that Lynn liked but did not wear. Using them as inspiration, Rosie sketched a unique trilogy ring design featuring a central halo set amethyst framed by two claw set amethysts on either side, all set on a nice chunky gold band.
Lynn loved the idea and gave the go-ahead to bring the design to life.
Our goldsmith Behzad then set to work, carefully crafting the ring from her sentimental pieces.
It was then sent to our setter to carefully set her amethysts.
. Once it had been polished and finished to perfection, it was time for Lynn to come in and collect her new ring.
She was delighted with the result, a beautiful ring that captures the spirit of her original jewellery while giving it a new story to tell.
