Sarah's new chapter ring
Sarah C recently visited our designer, Sarah, bringing with her three rings from a previous marriage. She was ready to transform them into a piece that truly celebrated who she is today, something that honoured her journey and marked the start of a new chapter.
Sarah took the time to ask thoughtful questions and really understand what Sarah C hoped to achieve. Noticing her bold, contemporary white metal rings, she quickly gained a feel for her personal style. It was clear that this redesign needed to feel completely unique and tailored just for her.
After looking through the inspiration images Sarah C brought, they settled on a contemporary bypass-style ring. They chose a partial rubover setting for the sapphire from her original engagement ring and added a striking bar detail, giving the design a modern edge while incorporating the diamonds from her existing rings for extra sparkle.
As hand making a design like this can be very laborious, Sarah opted to have our CAD workshop create a 3D render of the design with the option to cast the new ring.
The render came together beautifully, and Sarah C was delighted, so much so that she decided to move forward and have the ring made.
It was then time to send everything to the casting workshop to create something beautiful.
As an extra special touch Sarah C also had the very special idea of engraving “x Me x” inside the band of her new piece, a heartfelt nod to a fresh chapter focused on self-love and pursuing what truly makes her happy.
Once Sarah C’s special message had been engraved, the finished ring was ready to be collected…
She was over the moon and felt it had exceeded her expectations in every way.
